Our mission is to spread wellness across Palestine for all–regardless of age, gender, size, physical condition, economic status, race, religion—to be healthy, happy, safe, and free.
We are a volunteer-run, non-profit yoga center. We offer various classes, workshops, and trainings in yoga, pilates, meditation, and nutrition at our physical studio in Ramallah and through outreach programs across Palestine. We believe that yoga and other wellness tools is a catalyst for transformation and growth within ourselves, families, communities, and world. We believe that yoga does not only exist during a class and on a mat, but can be integrated in all aspects of our lives–whether it be through physical exercise and healthy nutrition, or through community service and development.
